I don't like lentils for two reasons. One, my friend Claire makes the best. And, two, I ate too many when I got to South Sudan. But, this recipe is good, with spinach and toasted sesame seeds. More of my good food below.

Mango & pineapple smoothie. The pineapples we get are the freshest I've had outside Hawaii. Sadly, much better than those at qualia.
